Earth Day is an annual event on April 22nd to demonstrate support for environmental protection. First held on April 22nd, 1970, this year will mark the 55th anniversary and it now includes a wide range of events coordinated globally - to include 1 billion people in more than 193 countries. The theme this year is "Our Power, Our Planet"

Foothills staff & students will do our part by cleaning up around our school and making our school yard clean for our enjoyment.
